Progression Agreement Facilitators As part of their commitment to vocational progression, each SWLLN institution supported a Progression Agreement Facilitator or PAF.  Facilitators  played an invaluable role in championing vocational progression, assisting with the drafting and approval of progression agreements and fostering excellent partnership working across the Network.
