North Devon College
The College, which works with over ten thousand adult learners and one thousand employers, will use the SWLLN funds to develop a more co-ordinated approach to Learner Services in preparation for its relocation to a new site in 2012.
This will be supported by the College’s new Customer Response Management system that should provide a platform for developing seamless advice and learner support. In developing Learner Services the College will use the SWLLN funds to:- Provide accredited training to Information, Advice and Guidance staff
- Ensure that the Matrix Quality Standard, the quality framework for delivery of information, advice and guidance on learning and work, is applied to service
- Provide additional resources for Learner Services
