Rosemary Horsnell

Rosemary Horsnell’s previous work experience was as a Nurse in the National Health Service. She graduated in Health Service Management in 1997 and after moving to Dorset in 2001 she worked for on the government strategy “Information for Health” educating General Practice staff. Rosemary joined the Community Learning Team within PACE at Bournemouth University in February 2006 as a Rural Learning Co-ordinator primarily working with the Community Outreach Programme.   Rosemary was appointed as the acting Manager of the Community Learning Team to manage the Summer 2007 Community Learning Programme and Exit Strategy in line with the university’s strategic plan. From there she has moved to working part time for the South West Lifelong Learning Network supervising the development of learning opportunities within small business communities and heritage areas.
