Meriel Lee
Meriel Lee B.Ed (Hons), MBA, MAODE, has worked for the majority of her career in the field of education. She has significant experience in both Further and Higher Education, focused around staff and curriculum management, curriculum development and teaching Business and Management subjects. Since joining the Open University, Meriel has held positions in the OU Business School and currently, her role in the OU in the South West involves management of learner support and staff development, and extensive involvement in external and collaborative work throughout the South West including :membership of HERDA SW Executive Committee and Teaching and Learning Special Interest Group; Western Vocational Lifelong Learning Network;Combined Universities in Cornwall; AimHigher South West; e-portfolio collaborative projects, led by Bournemouth University and the South West Lifelong Learning Network, for which she has developed the IAG and LS Strand. She will have oversight of this Strand and will act as the institutional representative for the OU in the network.
