Ian Tame
Ian has a recent background as an independent consultant trainer (in the UK and Germany) specialising in performance management training, innovation, performance indicators, business strategy, balanced scorecard, EFQM business excellence and performance management in the use of quality management systems. Ian has been a mentor for the DTI Small Business Service Community Investigating an Innovative Idea Grant, and has project managed an EU AtR project within an ESF Objective 5b funded initiative, ADAPT through RATIO. In addition, Ian has extensive experience as a Section Leader in the Further Education sector, and has managed 'value-added' projects to enhance the statistical analysis of student performance to monitor, more effectively, student progress and course quality. His qualifications include: ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor, MPhil and BSc Mathematics, PGCert and TDLB D32 & D33 Assessor Awards. As a Curriculum Professional Development Co-ordinator, Ian is responsible for the curriculum mapping of postgraduate courses, and working with local employers in the SWLLN key sectors to identify appropriate training from the SWLLN education partners to meet their training needs.
